Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee inquiries and HR inbox, resolving operational issues
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and maintain employee records
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday
