Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in reporting/analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems
  • In-depth knowledge of EEO regulations and diversity metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
