A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and manage offboarding processes
• Maintain employee personnel files and advise on employee relations issues
• Support the administration of employee benefit plans and respond to HR inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM/CP or SHRM/SCP certification
• Experience supporting a government contractor
