Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership hiring
• Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
• Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting and interviewing practices

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of recruiting experience with progressively complex searches
• Prior experience in recruiting at a fast-growth startup, particularly in product management or design
• Proven track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
