Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Talent Partner - Corporate & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and advise on the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with leaders and the People Team
  • Lead and program manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring
  • Proactively source candidates and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Five years of recruiting experience supporting high volume and corporate roles
  • Previous program recruitment experience
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data
