Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Director of Total Rewards and Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage compensation strategies and salary structures aligned with company goals
  • Manage health and welfare benefits programs, including various insurance plans
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS and HCM technology solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with 2+ years in a Director level role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Professional HR certification, preferably CCP or CEBS
  • Experience in designing and managing competitive and compliant salary structures and benefit programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
