Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of care & clinical team members
• Develop strategies to ensure an active candidate funnel to meet hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to align talent acquisition with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical recruiting experience, preferably for specialty Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• Experience leading high volume recruiting goals and targets
• Prior experience utilizing Greenhouse ATS for candidate management
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
• Prior digital health startup experience is a plus
