A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible for overseeing the administration of domestic and international benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits
• Administer benefit programs and collaborate with third-party administrators
• Conduct audits and manage the annual open enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, ADA)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize multiple projects
