Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return-to-Work Specialist to facilitate and monitor the successful return to work of claimants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims
  • Facilitate return-to-work efforts through negotiation and documentation
  • Contact employers to gather job site information and assist with job modifications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation preferred
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation preferred
  • Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) designation preferred
  • Experience in vocational evaluation and work adjustment training preferred
