Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst responsible for analyzing and developing various domestic and global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of competitive compensation programs
  • Analyze job roles to determine appropriate compensation grades and maintain salary structures
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and assist in compensation training materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years' experience in Compensation preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced MS Excel
  • Experience with data collection, analytics, and reporting
  • High level of confidentiality required
