Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Specialist - Benefits & Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain compensation plans, manage Workday Benefits, and oversee expense management
• Support annual compensation and benefits events, including Open Enrollment and compensation review cycles
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and ensure data integrity across HR systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday functional experience in US Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Expenses
• Solid understanding of HR and compensation processes in a corporate environment
• Experience with annual cycles such as Open Enrollment and compensation reviews
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
