Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to enhance the candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and marketing team to create engaging recruitment content
  • Mentor and empower the Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance and results
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of full cycle recruiting experience, with seven (7) years in team management
  • Experience in healthcare with high volume staffing needs preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
