California Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees as a point of contact for benefits, employee relations, and HRIS management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee leaves and employment practices
• Assist with recruitment efforts and provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred
• Experience using HRIS systems and ATS, with Workday preferred
