Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter who can identify and guide top talent through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external agencies to identify suitable candidates
• Organize and maintain the applicant tracking system while participating in job fairs and recruiting events

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in an MSP or technology field
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments is acceptable
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive and motivated approach to recruiting tasks
• Ability to balance candidate care with hiring manager expectations
