• Process employment changes and manage offboarding workflows while maintaining accurate records
• Analyze HR data trends and provide insights to stakeholders and senior management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Operations, or HRIS
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge related to HR metrics and analysis
• Expertise in Excel, including formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables
