Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for a temporary contract of 4 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the company
• Identify and implement process improvements and maintain the ATS in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience using Greenhouse ATS for scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Familiarity with ModernLoop scheduler tool is a plus
• Ability to multitask under high-pressure time constraints
• Capability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine care for candidate experience
