Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on compensation and benefits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
• Experience in transactional HR support roles, preferably in high-volume environments
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP) and data-driven decision-making
