HR Business Partner & Talent Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner & Talent Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional leaders, aligning on organizational goals and change initiatives
  • Oversee talent acquisition and manage a Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure effective hiring
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards while managing employee relations and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, with strong recruiting background and at least 2 years in an HRBP or leadership role
  • Proven experience supporting teams across North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA
  • Familiarity with international employment law and compliance
  • Experience in high-growth tech or cybersecurity environments
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS tools
