Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation
• Submit vetted candidates to account managers for temporary and direct-hire opportunities
• Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and support national delivery efforts

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with a mix of staffing agency and corporate exposure
• Proven success in placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and levels, from staff to executive
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Ability to manage 7-10 active searches simultaneously
