Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement People Strategy and Programs by engaging with leaders and collaborating with various People & Culture groups
• Manage talent, performance, and development through advising and training Career Advisors and leaders
• Support a healthy work culture by consulting on employee-related issues and assessing client health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner or in client-facing/consulting roles
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Professional HR certification preferred
• Experience in a professional services environment is preferred
