PEO Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Customer Implementation Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with new PEO clients to create tailored implementation plans for payroll, benefits, and compliance onboarding
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with clients on milestones and success criteria
• Facilitate client adoption of Remote's PEO platform and collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success in a SaaS or HR/PEO environment
• Demonstrated project management skills for managing multiple client timelines
• Experience working directly with PEOs or in a customer-facing HR, payroll, or benefits role is a plus
• Familiarity with co-employment structures and payroll tax obligations is advantageous
