Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead workforce planning and talent forecasting exercises in partnership with leadership
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting teams
• Proven ability to scale recruiting in a fast-growing organization
• Experience with TA tech stack and data-driven recruiting
• Deep understanding of compliance and employment legislation
