Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Client Services Representatives engaged in payroll functions
• Implements procedures to enhance team efficiency and monitors payroll workflow to meet deadlines
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides training for new team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in a hands-on payroll environment
• Knowledge of payroll departmental functions
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
