Manage 15-20 requisitions simultaneously to support the Talent Acquisition team
Focus on recruiting for Sales & Marketing, with additional emphasis on Supply Chain and IT
Collaborate with HR Business Partners on salary discussions and competitive offers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Ability to conduct independent sourcing of candidates
Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
Proficiency in presenting market insights and recruiting data effectively
