Key Responsibilities
  • Own the discovery and validation of customer compensation data
  • Collect and configure compensation data during integrations to improve accuracy and speed

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of compensation systems and data elements
  • Proven track record of taking customer action, preferably with Compensation Consulting experience
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Sheets)
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to using tools and platforms
