• Deep experience managing and optimizing HR systems, specifically UKG Pro and WFM
• Strong understanding of HR operations from hire to retire
• Tech-savvy with analytical skills to turn data into insights
• Experience with tools like Ashby, Deel, or Lattice within the People tech ecosystem
• Self-starter with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and system improvement
