M&A HR Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, People (HR) M&A Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage detailed project work plans for M&A transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve M&A processes and tools
  • Engage with teams to identify and resolve risks impacting M&A project plans


Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of M&A project/program management experience, preferably in HR
  • Proven experience leading multiple projects from initiation to completion
  • Expertise in project management software and advanced Excel functions
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools and other cloud-based tools
  • Experience with Workday HCM is highly preferred
