Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure candidates have exceptional experiences throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to enhance recruitment processes
• Schedule interviews and gather feedback from interviewers and candidates

Required Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR/Talent Acquisition support role
• Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse and Ashby
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on building efficient processes
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Administrative experience supporting management or executive-level individuals
