Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Senior Analyst to support executive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee stock purchase and non-qualified deferred compensation programs
  • Lead the annual long-term incentive cycle and support executive merit and bonus awards
  • Analyze salary survey data and provide recommendations for competitive executive pay positioning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including 2+ years in executive compensation preferred
  • High level of spreadsheet expertise and presentation design skills
  • Experience in executive compensation, equity plans, and total rewards programs
  • Working knowledge of compensation-related laws, policies, and practices
