Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leaves Administrator responsible for managing leave of absence requests and workplace accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate leave of absence requests and workplace accommodations in compliance with relevant laws
  • Facilitate the ADA interactive process and collaborate with teammates and managers on reasonable accommodations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of leave requests, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in leave of absence case management, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
  • Proven experience managing the ADA interactive process and documenting reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
