Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness and talent strategies
• Lead the resolution of complex HR issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with global labor laws and support global employee engagement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of progressive HR experience
• 4+ years as an HR Business Partner in a multinational organization
• Proven success in international HRBP roles with knowledge of global and U.S. employment laws
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational challenges
• Results-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments
