Support various HR functions including handbook updates, audits, training, leave management, and employee relations
Monitor HR and employment law changes, communicate updates, and incorporate changes into newsletters
Manage HR outsourcing tasks, oversee the HR Compliance Program, and coordinate event logistics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of HR generalist experience or 4 years of HR experience
Experience with benefits administration is a plus
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred; must be obtained within 1 year if not already certified
Strong knowledge of HR practices and industry standards
Solid analytical skills for evaluating data and making informed decisions
