Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Utilize advanced search techniques and outreach to build candidate pipelines
• Conduct screenings to assess candidate fit and analyze sourcing metrics for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outbound sourcing or recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare and registered nurse sourcing
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field
• Expertise in Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms, and social media sourcing
• Professional recruitment industry-specific certification, such as RACS
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
