Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the growth of its agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle hiring process including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and interviews
• Oversee benefits and 401k administration, payroll, and onboarding of new staff and interns
• Assist in maintaining employee documentation and contribute to policy development

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
• College degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
• Familiarity with Google Workspace platforms
• Experience with ATS systems is preferred
