Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations & HRIS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Dayforce across multiple entities
• Lead operational processes for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and manage sensitive employee data

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in People Operations and/or HRIS administration in a global environment
• Hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce, preferably with multi-country configuration
• Experience handling core People Ops functions across the entire employee lifecycle
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Experience with additional People Tech Stack tools is a plus
