Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS and Compensation Specialist based in the Pacific/Mountain Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily HRIS operations, including security access, maintenance, and integrity of HR systems
  • Prepare and maintain employee and position data, ensuring data integrity and supporting HR applications
  • Administer and maintain the organization's compensation program, ensuring compliance with pay practices and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of HRIS technology experience, preferably in Compensation Management
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Platform and database management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HRIS implementation and upgrades
  • HRIP certification is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
