Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business, law, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Employee Relations experience
  • Experience conducting investigations on complex employee relations issues
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and train leaders
