A company is looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager to oversee and optimize core human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain and enhance HRIS for accuracy and compliance, generating reports for leadership
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in management
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
• Experience with HRIS, specifically ADP
• Expertise in benefits administration
