Compensation and Stock Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Stock Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer equity programs, including granting stock awards and managing stock award details
  • Collaborate with Legal for proxy and required stock filings, and monitor stock plan spending
  • Manage the deferred compensation plan and assist with compensation-related special projects
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of related work experience
  • Strong knowledge of stock administration and equity compensation principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to analyze and manage stock-related financial data
  • Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
