A company is looking for an HR Manager & Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HR functions across the employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Build partnerships with managers to support employee engagement and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or HR certification preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a generalist or business partner
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience managing multiple HR functions and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
