Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize HR processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document HR processes and compile data analysis reports
  • Evaluate and implement continuous process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on support and training to HR teams and manage day-to-day HRIS troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in US or India HR and Payroll operations, or HR certifications with 1 year of HR experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Dayforce HCM implementation or execution
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
