Key Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic recruitment plan and manage all stages of the hiring process
• Identify and creatively source candidates through various channels
• Track recruitment metrics and improve the hiring process based on data

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment
• 1+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Passion for the transformative impact of education and technology
