Key Responsibilities

• Direct the Work to Zero program, focusing on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and research
• Lead the Work to Zero team and manage major projects, ensuring high standards and innovation
• Engage with safety professionals and stakeholders, promoting the initiative through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, business, technology, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 12 years of experience in environmental, health, safety, and/or sustainability, with progressive responsibility
• 5 years of experience leading technology or digital transformation projects in EHS/sustainability
• Experience delivering information to large audiences and high-level stakeholders
• Strong strategic leadership and supervisory skills
