Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead in-product growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full growth experiment cycle, including identifying hypotheses, executing tests, and analyzing outcomes
• Drive improvements across the user acquisition funnel, including signup, onboarding, and trial-to-paid conversion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of growth experiments with long-term UX and product goals

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth, with 2+ years in a Director-level product growth role in a B2C subscription or wellness platform
• Strong track record in product experimentation, funnel optimization, and in-app monetization
• Experience with user segmentation, cohort analysis, and activation metrics
• Fluency with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Segment
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Data Science and Behavioral Science teams
