• 10-12+ years of experience leading a sales function in a high-growth organization
• Extensive knowledge or connections in the nonprofit sector and/or Democratic politics preferred
• Proven success in cross-functional leadership with product, marketing, and customer service teams
• Strong operational mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Collaborative leadership style that fosters teamwork and empowers others
