Senior Website Growth Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Website Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the website roadmap to deliver timely content, features, and experiments aligned with business priorities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive optimization strategy focused on improving conversion rates and user experience
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to ensure continuous optimization of the website

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web or digital product management, ideally in growth marketing and CRO environments
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, web design best practices, and conversion funnel optimization
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms; hands-on experience with Webflow is a plus
• Expertise with analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, or similar
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver
