Key Responsibilities

• Lead community management for Discord and Reddit, keeping creators informed through livestreams and newsletters
• Coordinate posts across community-focused social accounts and respond to community inquiries on various platforms
• Build and scale engaged communities that drive awareness, retention, and word-of-mouth growth

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI voice tools and video generation products
• 2-3 years of experience in growing online communities of 5k+ members
• Deep familiarity with Reddit and Discord, including community growth and moderation
• Strong instincts for internet culture and creative AI trends
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Creator Growth team
