Principal Growth Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Strategist, Growth and Market Strategy (Post Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop actionable go-to-market strategies through internal and market analysis to achieve fiscal and long-term performance goals
• Analyze complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform GTM strategy and revenue targets
• Lead stakeholder management and influence across all levels of the organization to build relationships and marshal resources

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in general management, corporate development, management consulting, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering business impact through effective adoption, retention, and engagement strategies
• Experience with P&L management, business metrics, and financial statements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and derive insights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and transition between high-level and detailed analysis
