Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in acquisition or performance marketing roles with in-house paid channel management experience
• 5+ years leading a high-performing media team
• Proven success managing 8-figure paid media budgets across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of measurement, incrementality testing, and full-funnel performance tracking
• Experience in building and managing high-performing in-house teams
