Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, ensuring high-quality client engagement and project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting knowledge across industries
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing a team
